Don is a lawyer by trade, practicing for 30 years as a litigator in Calgary. Throughout his extensive legal career, he has practiced in the regulatory area involving securities enforcement. In the private practice sector, he has worked in employment, insurance, media and communications law, and federal prosecutions.
He has a keen interest in fitness, athletics, and science – an undergraduate bachelor’s degree – components of a healthy lifestyle and complementary to the aesthetics industry. He has managed a team of lawyers and administrative staff in his career and has been involved with a small business start-up. Don is passionate about the outdoors and his two boys (now young men).
